The Township Committee has adopted Ordinance 2023-#7, which amends Chapter 255 of the Codes of the Township regulating Land Use. The Ordinance amends section 143, which prohibits the parking of certain commercial vehicles in residential zones. A full copy of the Ordinance can be found below. Over the next several weeks, the Riverside Police Department will be issuing warning letters on vehicles that are in violation of the codes. Vehicle owners will have until October 1, 2023 to comply with the terms and conditions of the Ordinance before additional action(s) will be taken.
