FINAL ANNUAL LICENSING NOTICE PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF FINES AND SUMMONS FOR MUNICIPAL COURT:
The Annual Landlord Registration was due January 31, 2026. Any registration not received by June 30, 2026 will automatically be assessed a $500 fine per unit, in additional to the registration fee due, and will be issued a summons for Municipal Court.
The Annual Mercantile License Registration was due January 31, 2026. The license fee has already been assessed a $20 late fee. Any registration not received by June 30, 2026 will be issued a summons for Municipal Court.
The Annual Animal License Registration was due March 31, 2026. The license fee(s) due has already been assessed a $20 late fee per animal. Any registration(s) not received by June 30, 2026 will be issued a summons for Municipal Court.
